I was so pleased to find Elemer Dubrovay’s video of Cacho Dante’s visit to Seattle in 2004, posted by Armando Lindner. Cacho is an old-school milonguero and one of my very favorite teachers.
This was filmed at Tony and Ilana’s milonga at Dance Underground. For those of you who don’t dance tango, everything Cacho and Maya did on the dance floor here was improvised.
He seems to do so little, but he left us all swooning. See for yourselves.
